01Acceptance

By registering, accessing or using Floatask (the "Platform"), you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

02Service description

Floatask is a SaaS platform for managing tasks and collaborative lists. We offer a free plan with limits and paid subscription plans (monthly/yearly) processed exclusively through Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar.sh"), which acts as Merchant of Record (official reseller). Polar.sh is responsible for invoicing, taxes and collection.

03Registration and accounts

Registration is done via email. You must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account. The Platform is not directed at users under 16 without verifiable parental consent.

04Plans and subscriptions

05User-generated content and collaborative lists

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload or share on Floatask (tasks, lists, comments, files, etc.).

By inviting collaborators, you expressly authorize those users to access and edit the shared content. Floatask acts solely as a technical intermediary.

You grant Floatask a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display and distribute your content while you keep the account active.

06Prohibited use

Any use that violates the law, third-party rights, these terms or that could harm the Platform (spam, malware, scraping, overload, illegal or offensive content, etc.) is prohibited.

07Intellectual property

Floatask and all its elements (code, design, brand, etc.) are the exclusive property of [Company name]. A limited, revocable and non-transferable license for personal use is granted.

08Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Under no circumstances will Floatask be liable for indirect damages, data loss, interruptions or outcomes derived from the use of collaborative lists. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-compliance. When the account is deleted, we proceed according to the Privacy policy.

10Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the competent courts will be those of [city/province], Spain.

11Changes

We may modify these Terms. The current version is the one published on the Platform. Continued use implies acceptance.
